Nestled in the picturesque mountains, this mid, size family, run hotel offered us an exceptional experience. the rooms were spacious, with separate sleeping areas and excellent bathrooms. the personal and friendly service provided by the staff was a highlight, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the buffet breakfast was substantial, keeping us fueled for a day of adventure. the hotel's facilities were top, notch, including a huge sports hall, a cinema, and organized games. We also enjoyed the adult, exclusive spa, a relaxing retreat after a day on the slopes.
The hotel's location was slightly out of the main resort area, requiring a car to explore the surrounding area.

The personal and friendly service from start to finish made my stay at this hotel truly wonderful. The facilities were great, with a huge sport hall and a cinema for family fun. The family pools were fantastic, and there was even a high standard adjacent spa for adults only. The hotel provided a personal bus service to the ski lift, which was convenient and the driver, Joseph, was super friendly. The food was definitely a highlight, with a substantial buffet breakfast and a 5-7 course dinner served every evening in an elegant dining area. The hotel's location in the mountains was stunning, truly breathtaking.
All was good.

The hotel had great facilities and a friendly staff who provided excellent service. the family-friendly activities, such as the sports hall and cinema, kept the kids entertained. the pools were enjoyable for both children and adults. the highlight of the stay was the amazing full board food, with a substantial breakfast buffet and a 5-7 course dinner every evening. the value for money was exceptional, as an equivalent dinner in a restaurant would cost much more. the personal bus service to the ski lift was convenient and the driver, Joseph, was always cheerful.
There were a couple of minor complaints. the tennis court was not included and was quite expensive to use.

Spent a lovely Easter break with the family in an amazing hotel. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the facilities such as the pool and cinema and also the endless amount of fun activities. The location was stunning with breathtaking views, and the shuttle service was spot on! The food was delicious, and we particularly enjoyed trying new foods from the menu each day.
The added cost for a few of the activities like tennis, which was a bit more expensive than we would have liked, and there was no privacy in the family room, which could be tough for those with younger children. I would highly recommend this hotel for families and couples alike, and we will certainly be coming back next year for another Easter break.
